Richard Boughen

Richard is a Board Member with the Veterans Review and Appeal Board. He has over 27 years of policing experience as a member of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, the last 13 years as a commissioned officer. He is skilled in Crisis Management, Intelligence Analysis, Government, Emergency Management, leadership and Law Enforcement. Richard has a strong academic background with a Bachelor's degree from the University of Manitoba and a Master's degree in Leadership and Management (Policing and Security) from Charles Sturt University.
