A member of Norway House First Nation in Manitoba, Diane has a Bachelor of Arts Undergraduate Degree from the University of Winnipeg and a Certificate in Human Resources from the University of Manitoba. Diane is certified human resources professional both in her region and in tribal areas in United States of America. Diane has worked in the area of Human Resources for over 15 years in both the corporate sector and Aboriginal communities.
