Angeline S. Chia, ICF Coach, IDI QA, M.Ed.(HRD)

Angeline S. Chia is an Intercultural Development Consultant and the founder of Sights on Success Consulting. She has a Master of Education degree in Human Resources Development from the University of Regina, is an ICF-certified Leadership Coach, and a Qualified Administrator of the Intercultural Development Inventory®. She has designed and facilitated intercultural development programs for non-profit and public service agencies, and education, HR, and healthcare professionals to help them bridge cultural differences and foster inclusive and equitable workplaces. She presents at conferences, workshops, and webinars regularly, and has published articles on intercultural competence development. Since 2017, she has hosted the Intercultural Sharing Circle, a culturally safe opportunity for leadership development in intercultural competence available to everyone in the community. Angeline participated in the Inclusivity Roundtable in 2022 that was organized by Workplace Strategies.
