Janet provides guidance and functional expertise to employees, helping them develop their unique capacity to support young people, along with their families, with mental health challenges. In her former role as Director, Wellness and Work Life Solutions at Telus, Janet participated in the development of the landmark Workplace Strategies for Mental Health report, Elements and Priorities for Working Toward a Psychologically Safer Workplace.
