Andréa Hill
Andréa became interested in mental health through her yoga teaching experience. She saw how effective guiding people through intentional movement can be. She wants to continue to make individuals feel in touch and comfortable in their being, through connecting them with practices that allow compassion and kindness for themselves to make lifestyle changes. Andréa has contributed free resources in the form of audio clips in order to assist people through their mental health needs.
