Michael Koscec

With the sale of Entec Corporation in 2015, Michael Koscec exited the employee survey space to free up time for other pursuits and to offer consulting in areas of employee engagement, performance management and balanced score cards. In his role as President of Entec, he participated in the 2010 forum on psychological health and safety that resulted in the development of the report, Elements and Priorities for Working Toward a Psychologically Safer Workplace. This landmark document offers ideas to protect psychological safety across the employment life cycle.
