Joy Noonan

Joy is a fully qualified Ottawa-based mediator and arbitrator who has worked on a variety of cases, including human rights issues, employment law, labour and commercial matters. Joy also regularly conducts and/or oversees workplace investigations involving issues ranging from conflicts of interest, intimidation and abuse of power, senior level mismanagement issues and sexual harassment.
