Tanya Sinclair

Tanya Sinclair is a community-focused Human Resources Leader providing strategy, advocacy, and policy development advice with a focus on well-being, diversity and inclusion. Tanya holds the Certified Human Resources Executive (CHRE) designation along with the Distinguished HR Professional (DHRP) award of distinction. Tanya is an active community volunteer and has served on several Boards and advisory committees. Tanya has a Master of Arts degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from Royal Roads University in B.C. Tanya is currently the Director, Talent Management at Ryerson University (renaming in process). In 2020, she founded a not-for-profit network called Black Human Resources Professionals of Canada through her desire to directly discover, connect and empower all Black HR professionals www.blackhrpc.org.
