Margaret delivers presentations at conferences across Canada on strategic approaches to workplace mental health at the executive level, as well as knowledge and skills-building workshops for managers and union leaders. Workshops include the Canadian Mental Health Association's suite of training as well as customized training on psychological health and safety Volunteer work includes serving on an Advisory Committee for the Canadian Centre for Diversity and Inclusion.
