Michelle Walker Manitoba Liquor and Lotteries

Michelle Walker is a registered nurse with a Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing, postgraduate diploma in Occupational Health Nursing, and certificates in Management Development, Applied Management - Organizational Effectiveness, and Workplace Mental Health Leadership.  She is a resourceful, passionate and dynamic leader with over 20 years of cross-industry experience in the health, disability management, safety and wellness sectors.  She works in collaboration with various insurers, health care and treatment providers, lawyers, unions, and employers from various industries.  Michelle has shared her expertise through board director and board chair roles with several not-for-profit organizations, and is past president of the Manitoba Occupational Health Nurses Interest Group. She is currently employed at Manitoba Liquor and Lotteries where she leads strategic health and wellness programming for over 3000 employees across the province.
