Lyne Wilson

Lyne Wilson is the Assistant Vice-President, Talent Management for NAV CANADA, the owner and operator of the country’s civil Air Navigation Service. She leads the organization's  Talent Management strategy with a focus on building resilient, inclusive workplaces. A pioneer in workplace mental health, Lyne established NAV CANADA's comprehensive mental health strategy in 2009 and launched the award-winning peer support program, Light the Way. Her leadership in crisis response and workplace transformation has helped shape NAV CANADA's approach to employee wellbeing and organizational resilience.
