National Practice Leader, Wellbeing

Caroline has over 30 years experience in the field of organizational health and disability management. She has been with Canada Life since 2000. As the National Practice Leader Wellbeing, she has supported many large national organizations in the implementation of disability governance, including best practices. She provides guidance and solutions to manage risk with a focus on mental health in the workplace and return-to-work best practices. Caroline is a graduate of the University of Ottawa with a Bachelor of Health Science, Kinesiology (Honours) and holds the Certified Return to Work Coordinator designation with the National Institute of Disability Management and Research (NIDMAR) and, is a standing member of the NIDMAR Examination Committee since 2002. In addition, Caroline has been certified in the Psychologically Safe Leader Method by Mindful Employer Canada.
