Introducing the Workplace Strategies team 

Mary Ann Baynton, Director of Collaboration and Strategy, works with diverse subject matter experts from across the country to develop the content for the Workplace Strategies tools and resources. Before this content gets into your hands, it’s written, designed and made available by people whose shared skills and expertise are matched by their passion for workplace well-being. This is the Workplace Strategies team: 

The producers 

Program Manager Jill Magis keeps everyone and everything running smoothly. The entire team benefits from Jill’s caring, effective and professional support.  

Digital Project Specialist, David K. MacDonald works side-by-side with Mary Ann to create resources including motion graphics, micro-learning, workshop materials, web content and more. David also helps ensure our resources are accessible and available in both English and French.

If you’ve seen Workplace Strategies at conferences, attended a workshop with Mary Ann in your workplace or used our website  you’ve seen the organizational magic of Program Coordinator Graciela Maniquis.

The messengers 

Sr. Marketing Specialist Corinne Box-Hoddinott and the graphic designers are dedicated to the creation of the tools, resources and communications that help spread the word about Workplace Strategies. 

Muhammad Hanif and Alicia Peters are our instructional designer helping create innovative, interactive and bite-sized content elements.

Freelance writing contributors include Sarah Jenner, Leanne Fournier, Jill Magis, David K. MacDonald Alex Kollo,   Cassandra Filice, and Sherry Kaniuga. They help write web content and turn-key workshops you can facilitate for your organization.
