Cindy Plunkett

Cindy is a health care eLearning expert, Canadian eLearning Conference Executive Director (https://canadianelearning.ca/), and part-time professor in the faculty of education at Ontario Tech University, teaching the Financial Management of eLearning Projects course. Cindy is also the co-creator of the Educational Technology for Health Practitioner Education course at the University of Toronto's Family and Community Medicine. With over 20 years experience in online instructional design, development and project management, Cindy has a Masters in Educational Technologies from UBC as well as a Bachelors of Education. She is currently working on her dissertation for a PhD in Education, specializing in online learning.
