Kim Sunderland

Consultant, Facilitator, Speaker, Peer Support and Workplace Mental Health

Kim Sunderland has impacted peer support programs across Canada in workplace, clinical and community settings as the author of the Mental Health Commission of Canada’s Peer Support Guidelines and a facilitator of peer support training. She was also the inaugural Executive Director of Peer Support Canada. Kim is currently facilitating the development of supportive communication skills in a broader audience as co-creator of Supporting Through Struggle. This workshop is dedicated to helping participants learn more about how to have supportive conversations with those who may be experiencing mental health and/or life challenges.
